Deciding just what to apply to can be difficult.
We make your choice a little easier because a single application allows you to select (in order of preference) a maximum of three OISE graduate studies programs of study.
Be extremely careful when selecting a program of study (especially degree) because your application will be processed based solely on this information. Revisions to your selections are not possible – the OISE Registrar’s Office (or other University of Toronto office) will not modify, delete, or add a program of study selection.
Some suggestions to help you with your choices …
- determine what your academic and/or professional goals are and how OISE fits into the picture
- connect with OISE faculty with whom you are interested in studying
- connect with current OISE students
- connect with someone working in the field in which you’re interested – what qualifications and credentials do they have?
- attend Information Sessions for potential applicants (typically hosted by departments in the Fall) – a great opportunity to meet with staff and faculty and ask lots of questions
