Deadline to add an Individual Reading and Research Course which begins in May

Deadline for submitting appropriate documentation to the Registrar’s Office for Master’s degrees to be awarded at Spring Convocation

Last day students may be enrolled in May-June or May-August courses from ROSI waitlists.  After this date, waitlists are cancelled and names removed.

*Deadline to add Summer Session (May-June and May-August) courses without the instructor’s approval 

First day of classes for Summer Session, first term (courses beginning in May)

Grade submission date for Winter Session and full year courses.  Grades will be available for viewing on ROSI (www.rosi.utoronto.ca) approximately one week after this date (Grades due by April 19 if graduating in June)

Deadline for Master’s students to submit an Application to Graduate Form to the OISE Registrar’s Office, Graduate Studies Unit, if completing their degree requirements in the Fall Session

Deadline for students who hold Dual registration for both Master’s and Doctoral degrees to be recommended for the Master’s degree 

Deadline for Master’s students who completed degree requirements in the Fall Session to submit appropriate documentation to the OISE Registrar’s Office for degrees to be awarded in absentia at the March meeting of the Governing Council, or at Spring Convocation 

Deadline for electronic submission of the final Ph.D. or Ed.D. thesis for students whose degrees are to be conferred in absentia at the March meeting of the Governing Council
