June 1	Consecutive Program- If you will not be attending this September, you must notify us in writing by June 1st in order to request a refund of your $300 Deposit. No refund after this date.
June 17	Tech Apprenticeship (summer program) Registration Day
June 18	First day of Tech. Apprenticeship classes (end on July 30)
June 30	Required documents to be received for Consecutive program

July 1	Canada Day Observance - University closed

August 6 August 30	Registration Day Schedules posted to Website You must be Registered on the Student Record System by virtue of fee payment or OSAP fee deferral. Click for Details

September 3	Secondary Program Orientation/Registration Day (Intermediate/Senior & Technological Studies) Afternoon
September 4	Elementary Program Orientation/Registration Day(Primary/Junior & Junior/Intermediate) Morning
September 9	Financial Refund Schedule for withdrawal takes effect (Tentative)
September 9	Consecutive Program Classes Begin
September 13	Last Day for Course and Section Changes (Fall Session Courses)
September 20	Last Day for Course and Section Changes (Full Year Courses)
October 14	University Closed - Thanksgiving Day
October 22-23 October 28	Secondary Orientation to Schools First Practicum Begins - (ends on November 22)
October 31	Deadline for reporting Immigration Status change for first term fees re-calculation for International Students
November 11	Deadline for Withdrawal from Fall Session Courses without Academic Penalty in those courses - there will be program completion consequences however.
November 22	First Practicum Ends
December 11-13	Professional Preparation Conference Tentative (Information will be posted on the Student Services Website)
December 13	Fall Session Ends
December 23	University Closed

February 24	Elementary Second Practicum Begins – (ends on March 28)

March 10-14	March Break - No Classes/Practica
March 31	Deadline for Withdrawal from the program without Academic Penalty, no credit retained.
April 17 April 18	Last day of Classes University closed - Good Friday
April 28 May 1-2 May 5	Internship Begins Year 5 Concurrent program Orientation to Schools Year 5 Concurrent program Practicum begins
