Practical KM projects coordinated by our KM team within the Research Supporting Practice in Education (RSPE) program at OISE/University of Toronto focus on projects to communicate research more effectively to various audiences. This stream of work has involved several projects.

Ontario Education Research Exchange |
The OERE aims to support Ontario educators in their quest to develop evidence-based practices.
We work with education researchers across Ontario as well as Ontario based education organizations to bring you relevant and practical research summaries.

RBE is an online hub of practical resources for those doing KM work.
Through the RBE Website you can access and share resources that support practical knowledge mobilization work.

Facts in Education |
|
Facts in Education aims to correct significant factual errors about education that appear in various news media sources across Canada, and to create wide awareness of the correct information. |

Research for Teachers |
|
This is a joint project of ETFO and OISE, which works to summarize current research findings relevant to teaching in elementary schools.
Each issue, written by university researchers, focuses on a body of research within a particular domain.
Summaries are available in both publication and podcast format. |

Research for Parents |
|
The primary goal of this project is to get relevant research into the hands of parents by embedding "Research Findings for Parents" in Elementary School Newsletters. This project arises from a partnership between the Canadian Education Association and OISE's Research Supporting Practice in Education (RSPE) program at the University of Toronto. |
