Research Overview Dr. Rina Cohen is an Associate Professor with the Department of Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning and the Centre for Science, Mathematics & Technology Education. Her research interests focus on mathematics education, holistic education, overcoming mathematics anxiety, rebuilding math knowledge and holistic curriculum approaches in the math classroom. Dr. Cohen has seen her work on math education and anxiety published in books and refereed journals, has served on the editorial board of the Canadian Journal for Research in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education, and is an OISE representative to the Mathematics Forum of the Fields Institute for Mathematical Sciences.
