Booking 7th Floor Meeting Rooms

AECP has three spaces available for meetings, seminars, presentation, social events, and other miscellaneous gatherings. These may be reserved by any member of AECP, including students.

• The south Peace Lounge is a large space suitable for social occasions, large meetings and presentations, and other activities that would benefit from a less formal environment.
• Room 7-162 (on the main hallway in the south wing) is a large-ish classroom that can accommodate about 30 people comfortably. By default, the tables are arranged in a large “U” shape.
• Room 7-216 is located next to the Chair’s office, through the open administration area in the north wing. It is a small classroom with space for 10 or so.

Bookings for all of these spaces has moved online under the Lab Bookings system. Click the My Location icon (or just click the link), and select the Day or Week or Month view for the AECP Room of your choice. On the right side of the booking screen is a calendar selection from which you can choose the year, month, and room you wish to check.

For now, most faculty, staff and students are able to see the bookings and open times, but are unable to make bookings themselves. To make a booking for a room, check the availability and then email Jennifer O'Reilly (jennifer.oreilly@utoronto.ca) or Todd Will (todd.will@utoronto.ca) with your request.
