There are three available sources of funding available to you:

Departmental Funding
These funds are available to students who present or attend a conference. They range from $50 - $100 (approximately). Please see your department GSA representative.

GSA (Graduate Student Association)
These funds are available to students who present or attend a conference. The maximum funds per semester are $144, and the funding is determined by location of the conference, whether you attended or presented at the conference, conference costs, etc. Please pick up Conference Funding Forms outside the GSA office (8-105). The forms should be returned to the GSA Office and should indicate deadline dates, necessary information, etc.

Graduate Travel Fund - Dean's Office
Registered students who present a paper or poster at a scholarly conference may access this assistance. The forms and procedures to access the funding can be found on the Graduate Travel Fund webpage.

Other Funding Available
There is additional conference funding available to international students through:

• OTF (Ontario Teachers' Federation): Applications are available outside the ISA office (Room 8-107).
• ISA Office: International Students' Association.
