Summer Institute Registration Process
TLC SUMMER INSTITUTE - June 18 to July 30, 2012
Review the Workshops and Courses, and the Pricing information, or the Packages (which give you a 10% discount on the course fees if you are taking more than one offering), and decide what you are interested in taking this summer!
Please complete all sections of the Registration Form and return it to TLC, along with payment, in order to fully register for your chosen course(s). You can return the form via EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org, by MAIL to our office (click here for our mailing address), or you can drop it off IN PERSON to our office on the 7th floor of OISE.
We can ONLY accept CASH, CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER. Please make all cheques and money orders payable to the University of Toronto, and include the phrase “TLC Summer Institute 2012” in the notes section. Cheques will take 2-3 weeks from time of receipt to be fully processed and withdrawn from your account.
The Registration deadline is Monday June 18, 2012
I will be in the TLC office from 10am to 4:30 on Monday June 11, 2012 to collect registration forms and payment.
The TLC will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your registration form. Your email address will also be forwarded to the appropriate instructor(s), who may be in contact with you directly in the weeks leading up to the Institute.
The TLC will provide receipts for all fees paid on the first day of class. Please remember to allow 3 weeks for cheque processing.
