Research Interests
My research has primarily focused on the areas of diversity, equity and social justice in teacher education and leadership. I have a particular interest in how teachers embed issues equity and diversity in their practice, school leaders promote social justice, equity and inclusion in schools, and mentoring focused on equity and diversity. Research methodologies include collaborative action research, ethnography, and narrative inquiry.
