What is the APHD Self-Care Challenge?
A way to encourage our community of faculty, staff and students to support each other in making healthy choices and ensure we take care of ourselves.
How does the challenge work?
1.You will be part of a team of up to five team members. You can sign up as an:

APHD Student team
-
APHD Lab team
-
APHD Staff/Faculty team

Individual (we’ll place you in a team. This is a great way to meet other members of our community!)
2.You will engage in self-care activities from November 8-19 (weekdays only) and post them in the form of an image on Quercus. Your team will be awarded points for each self-care activity posted.
How will points be awarded?
1 self-care activity (1 post) = 1 point.
We’ll keep track of your activities each week and update you on how the teams are doing.
What's in it for you?
This is a great opportunity to encourage yourself to practice self-care, learn about self-care practices from others and connect with your APHD colleagues in a fun environment!

How do I get started?
Please register by November 1st. Teams will be announced by email on November 2nd along with a list of suggested "self-care" activities and more details!
The challenge will officially begin on November 8th, 2021.
