OISE Wellness

OISE Winter Wellness Day - Wednesday, March 10, 2021

This past year has been challenging on many levels for all of us, and it is even more important now to take time for ourselves. There are a range of wellness activities throughout the year that are available to students, faculty, staff and alumni. On March 10th, 2021, we have dedicated a day for faculty and staff to participate in a range of wellness activities that will include yoga, mindfulness, healthy eating, and additional workshops. While we will need to enjoy these sessions remotely, we can enjoy each other's company in these virtual rooms in a shared commitment to our wellness. Sessions in one day are certainly not enough, but they will count, especially when we are doing them together!
Please be sure to register for any and all sessions you’re interested in.
