Rose Mina Munjee

Rose Mina Munjee is an experienced mindfulness facilitator certified by the University of Toronto Applied Mindfulness Meditation Program, the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, University of Toronto, and trained by University of California San Diego, and the Centre for Mindful Self Compassion. Rose facilitates courses and workshops in evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions including MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), and MSC (Mindful Self Compassion), 

as well as Mindfulness in the Workplace, and Mindfulness for Leaders. She is a Rotman MBA graduate (2000) and a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist by CRPO. Rose is currently completing her Masters in Spiritual Care and Counselling, Buddhist Studies, with a certificate in Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto.  

Rose has worked internationally in senior roles in Data Science, Business Analysis, Project & Change Management, and Systems Integration; She has facilitated Mindfulness sessions, retreats, and courses for organizations including MasterCard Foundation, IBM, The 519 Community Centre, University of Toronto, Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Thornecliffe Neighbourhood Organization, and United Steelworkers Union.
