Events must
  • be for the OISE community,
  • be coordinated by staff or faculty from an OISE department, and
  • be attended by at least one event coordinator from the sponsoring OISE department.

I confirm that this event booking has been approved by the chair of my unit or department at OISE.

I acknowledge that I am required to put the furniture on the ground floor back into its original configuration as per the floor plan. Department will be billed for campus movers if furniture has not been returned to its standard configuration (approx. $100 per hour).

I acknowledge that I will be billed for costs such as
  • extraordinary cleaning, or
  • caretaking (for weekend events), or
  • damage or undue wear and tear.
Charges for such costs will be reported to the U of T Libraries Finance Department, who will charge them to the user. If a previous user has an outstanding debt with the U of T Libraries Finance Department, all future bookings, including those already confirmed, will be denied.
