Doctoral Program Funding

All students accepted into full-time, cohort-based PhD programs at APHD (SCCP, CCP, and DPE) receive a base funding package for the first four years of the program. Starting in Fall 2018, international OISE PhD students will pay domestic tuition rates for studies beyond year 4 (note that international students will still need to pay UHIP). Please note that this new tuition structure does not apply to students in the EdD programs of study.

There are admission awards available for international applicants who are applying to doctoral programs. In addition, there are SGS International student scholarships and OISE internal scholarships for those currently enrolled.
