OISE Wellness Events

The OISE Wellness Committee was formed in response to priorities that were identified in the recent Learning and Leading from Within - OISE Academic Plan 2017-2022.

Our mandate is to serve all faculty, staff, students, alumni, partners and friends of OISE on a journey of wellness. Our mission is to improve efforts to address the physical and psychosocial environment through support, engagement and encouragement of healthy lifestyles for our community members.

As part of the OISE Wellness program, we offer various opportunities for all members of our community to become aware of and develop knowledge about personal wellness, as well as practice mindfulness and yoga for their overall health and well-being. We encourage, staff, faculty, students, alumni and partners to take advantage of the various opportunities, including the new CCR program (https://www.oise.utoronto.ca/wellness/Co-Curricular_Credit_Opportunity_for_Students/index.html) for students.  You can find out more about the OISE Wellness program at https://www.oise.utoronto.ca/wellness/index.html
