Purpose & Format

The purpose of the Nonprofit HR Network is to create a forum to learn about the HR issues that nonprofits are currently facing, and foster best practices by promoting evidenced-based HR problem solving and continuous learning.

The network will provide an opportunity for nonprofits to discuss specific HR issues, share ideas on best practices and develop HR expertise in an interactive discussion group with opportunities to ask questions and raise issues relevant to your own organization.

Discussion topics are set before each meeting in consultation with all network members and leading member Kunle Akigbola.
