Karla Kral holds a PhD in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of Kansas, where she focused on Women, Kinship, and Transnationalism in the Meixcan Borderlands: A Case Study of Chihuahua, Mexico. Her research interests include gender and education; transnational migration and education; women and migration; globalization and transnational education; and cultural boarderlands. She visited the CWSE from the Universidad de Colima, Facultad de Pedagogía, Meixco, to do new work on Gender and the Repercussions of Gestation, Maternity, and Paternity in University Students’ Academic Life. 

Hua Yin (Rebekka), Project Officer, Foreign Affairs Office, Harbin Engineering University, China. Rebekka looked at the Study of Global Women in Management of Colleges and Universities while she was at the CWSE.
