 Response Time

The response time varies from project to project and is to be determined during the initial consultation.

 Workflow for funded projects:

  1. Client initiates contact with description of desired program
  2. EC staff consults with client to assess needs, budget and timeline constraints
  3. EC staff produce a mock-up based on client description of the web-based software solution
  4. Once client agrees on the proposed outcome, development begins
  5. There are various check points with the client to see if it is on the right track, interim system is shown to client
  6. Oftentimes, an assistant or GA is involved during development and trained to use the program
  7. Once the development is complete, the assistant will train others to operate the program
  8. If a requirement was not specified at the beginning, there may be a need to go back and make the necessary changes
  9. System is delivered to client upon completion.
