Hours and Location

The Client Care Service Desk, Ruth Dworkin Lounge, and Education Commons Labs, all located on the third floor at 252 Bloor St. West, are closed until further notice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We strive to accommodate your needs the best we can. Arrangements for support outside the hours above are available by special request. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks overhead time for all special requests. Late and last minute requests are strongly discouraged and are not guaranteed.
