send email An Internet connection is required. Continue using email as if in the office Your email is online at mail.utoronto.ca. Login with your UTORId.
use your files An Internet connection is required. Move your files to OneDrive. Use OneDrive. UTORId login at mail.utoronto.ca gives you access to OneDrive and SharePoint. Use OneDrive for personal files, and collaborate on SharePoint.
use specific applications Be sure to bring your OISE laptop with you. If an e-token is involved, be sure to bring it with you. Use e-token to connect. Connect your own device to your office computer or connect from your own device using e-token and VPN
make phone calls An Internet connection is required. Install Communicator 7 if you require extension-to-extension calling. Bring your OISE laptop with you, or use alternate devices.
