Remote Support
If you require assistance on your device and would like EC to work on it remotely, we can do so using the Team Viewer application. Please follow the instructions below, to install the application on yiour computer.
- Email oise.help@utoronto.ca and briefly describe your issue.
- One of our technicians will reply to you to initiate remote assistance. A secure link will be sent to you, to start installing the TeamViewer application.

When you click the link, the application will download, and you will see the window below.
- Type your name in the provided field and one of our team members will be able to access your computer to assist you.
- IMPORTANT: Never use the Team Viewer application to give this kind of access to your system to an unknown emailer or caller on the phone.
