Simplifying How You Connect with Education Commons | Starting June 1, 2026
Over the past year, OISE Education Commons has been transitioning to the University of Toronto’s centralized ServiceNow ticketing system, known at OISE as the Education Commons Online Service Hub (or EC Online Service Hub). As of June 1, 2026, this transition will be complete.
This change helps the Education Commons team better support your requests, improve collaboration across departments, and maintain a more thorough record of past inquiries, resolutions, events, and Education Commons issued equipment.
As a final stage of this transition, the oise.help @utoronto.ca email address will be discontinued. Beginning June 1, 2026, emails sent to this address will receive an automatic message indicating that inbox is no longer monitored.
For continued support, we encourage all OISE community members to submit their requests through the Education Commons Online Service Hub request form. To submit a ticket, navigate to the request form, click “Submit a Ticket”, and complete the form with the required details.
