Quercus is the learning management system at U of T. Education Commons provides Quercus support for various online teaching activities including:

  • Advanced Quercus Tools 
  • Add-on Software

Available Training & Workshops  

General information sessions for Quercus are provided every week on Thursday from 11:00am – Noon, where our Education Commons expert will run a drop-in session to answer any of your Quercus-related questions.  

If you are interested in learning more about Quercus and working on your courses specifically you can book a 1:1 consultation to explore its unique features.  

Quercus workshops are offered throughout the year, with a strong focus on the fall semester. Some of the workshops previously offered: 

  • Understanding Quizzes and New Quizzes 
  • Fast and Easy Quercus Outcomes and Rubrics 
  • Designing a HyFlex Course with Quercus 

As new features and enhancements become available within Quercus, Educations Commons will inform our community through our Discovery newsletter and website and will be included as part of our weekly Quercus virtual drop-in session.
