Comments:

We would definitely recommend this resource to teachers (not only ESL/EFL teachers). There are great resources available to help you modify lessons, and there are lessons already prepared for teachers. One of the best things about this site is that you can chat online to other teachers/professionals and share ideas and experiences.
This website is also useful if you are interested in teaching abroad.
