-lots of classroom examples of lives and issues of real students and teachers
-stimulates very interesting and creative pedagogical ideas

Weaknesses:

-it's hard to find any weaknesses!

Comments:

-very enjoyable and pleasant to read
-gives differing perspectives for comparison
-theoretically very thorough
-helpful and inspiring with creative new ideas
-practical and easy to relate to
