An Evening of Black Excellence- Sign Up by February 28th to Present!

 

We would like to invite, students from UTSC, UTM and USG and community youth groups in the GTA and University of Toronto alum to sign up to be a part of the OISE GSA Equity Committee: Evening of Black Excellence Performance. We are looking to showcase a variety of visual and performing artists including and not limited to: painters, photographers, designers, dancers, singers, poets, and comedians.

We have a maximum of 20 slots, 5 mins each for a presenter. Sign up here to showcase your art or talent.

Deadline to sign up is February 28th.

The OISE GSA Equity Committee is creating space for critical dialogue. Catering specifically to OISE's Flex-Time Students: Anti-Oppression Workshop with Skill Market Facilitator-Leticia Rose. All students are welcome. Spaces are limited so please RSVP here!

#Unfiltered: Real Talks with the Academic Social Club (ORSS)

Join the Conversation: Mental Health Workshop

Storytelling has been a part of Bee's life ever since she won the "Lunch with Robert Munsch" writing contest in elementary school. Following in the footsteps of the griots that have come before her, Bee uses the multidimensions of media to share her stories and to help others share theirs. Come join in on this dynamic workshop that centers Black voices and mental health and trauma. Limited Space is available. RSVP here.
