The Canadian data for the APIKS study was collected via an online survey between October 24, 2017 and June 30, 2018.  The 51-item survey was emailed to professors at 64 publically-funded universities, including universities located in all of Canada’s 10 provinces.  A total of 45,437 invitation emails were sent out to professors in Canada, 31,728 of whom were eligible to complete the survey[1].  The survey was offered in both French (n=725) and English (n=2243).  A total of 2968 surveys were valid, a response rate of 9.4% (see Table 1).
