Aboriginal Affairs Working Group

The Aboriginal Affairs Working Group celebrates, promotes and shares the accomplishments and proven advancements in Aboriginal economic development.

Aboriginal Financial Officers Association of Canada

Focuses on capacity development and needs of Aboriginal professionals who are working in all areas of finance, administration and management.

Aboriginal Healing Foundation

The Aboriginal Healing Foundation encourages and supports Aboriginal people in building and reinforcing sustainable healing processes that address the legacy of physical abuse and sexual abuse in the Residential School system.

Aboriginal Physical Activity and Cultural Circle

A network for Aboriginal people who are involved in sports, recreation, fitness and Traditional activities. The APACC mission is to create a community of mentors, leaders, participants, and supporters who promote physical activity as a way to health and wellness.

Aboriginal Sport Circle

The Aboriginal Sport Circle is Canada's national voice for Aboriginal sport, which brings together the interests of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

Arctic Children and Youth Foundation

Canadian Métis Council

The Canadian Métis Council was established in 1997 to further the economic, political, spiritual and cultural aspirations of Canada's Métis people.

Canadian Indigenous Nurses Association

The mission of the Aboriginal Nurses Association of Canada is to improve the health of Aboriginal people, by supporting nurses, and promoting the development and practice of Aboriginal nursing.

Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources

First Nation-directed environmental non-profit organization that offers research, technical services and education & training services to Indigenous communities, governments and private companies.

Congress of Aboriginal Peoples

The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples represents off-reserve Indigenous and Métis people living in urban, rural and remote areas throughout Canada.

Council for the Advancement of Native Development Officers (CANDO)

Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami

Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) is the national Inuit organization in Canada, representing four Inuit regions – Nunatsiavut (Labrador), Nunavik (northern Quebec), Nunavut, and the Inuvialuit Settlement Region in the Northwest Territories.

Métis National Council

National Association of Friendship Centres

National Collaborating Centre for Aboriginal Health

NCCAH’s site provides information about First Nations, Inuit and Métis public health in Canada. It contains news and updates about NCCAH’s activities.

National Inuit Youth Council

This is the homepage of the National Inuit Youth Council, an organization which represents the interests of Inuit youth across Canada and which works to open communications between the regions.
