What is it?

The OISE Website Content Ownership Tree is a visual depiction of the top-level pages (and their contents) of the OISE website: Homepage, About OISE, Students, Prospective Students, Faculty & Staff, Research & Expertise, Alumni & Friends, Contacts.

What does it do?

It identifies the principal people (owners/approvers/webmasters) who are responsible for creating and updating the content of each of the top-level pages of the website.

How do I contribute to it?

Contact the Strategic Communications Unit in The Office of the Dean to identify people responsible for creating and managing content for your department, centre, or unit website pages.

What are we doing with it?

  • Clarifying understanding of who owns OISE web content

  • Identifying for the OISE Community who is responsible for creating and managing it


What is it?

What does it do?

  • Allows users to manage and control a large, dynamic collection of Web material (HTML documents and associated images).

  • Facilitates content creation, control, editing and other essential web maintenance functions.

 How do I access it?

  • Request access to the CMS through the Client Care Portal of the Education Commons.

  • For help with issues with CMS, call or email the CMS Administrator, Seeta Nyary.

How do I contribute to it?

As you use CMS you will enhance your understanding of its capabilities, allowing you to provide specific, detailed feedback that will lead to further developments in CMS functionality. Designed for non-specialist users.
