  • Apply for Additional Qualifications courses
    (Note that a valid email address and credit card are required)
  • Check the registration status of your application
  • Update your current contact information

2017 Summer GA Timeline

In compliance with the GA collective agreement, we must post all Summer GA positions in March.  Therefore we must work with the following timeline:

  • Early Feb: Chairs or Chair’s designate sends out information to faculty members about submiting a request for Summer GA positions.
  • Mid Feb: Faculty submit Summer GA request online
  • Late Feb: Chairs or Chair’s designate review and approve GA positions
  • Mid March: Approved GA positions posted online and students apply
  • Late March: Faculty members view and rank applicants
  • Early- Mid April: Matching occurs, contracts are generated. Faculty & student to sign back elelctrontically.
  • May 1: Students begin GA position
