Academic Social Club (AcSoc)

OISE's Academic Social Club is a peer-led group that organizes social events, curated academic and professional development activities, hosts student-focused discussions, and leads excursions throughout Toronto. This student community also shares information about activities, events, and services relevant to graduate students at OISE. Events are low-or-no-cost and membership is free!

Join us to watch Luca together! Brief introduction of the movie: Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar’s original feature film “Luca” is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Expressive Arts Activities - Mindfulness Walk around Campus - In-Person!
Come and join us for this in-person expressive arts activity facilitated in collaboration with Emily Springgay (OISE Mindfulness Facilitator) and Rebecca Osterlee (OISE Mindfulness Facilitator). We will embark on a creative mindfulness journey while exploring our University of Toronto St. George campus. We will take a mindful walk around the St. George (downtown) campus, co-creating a social and physical space with our peers curious about our campus. We will try to discover cool spaces together, forage for found resources, and collaborate to create an outdoor art installation.
