Last day for instructors to upload grades for the Fall session into eMarks. Grades will be available on ACORN approximately one week after this date.

Registration deadline for students registering in the Winter (January to April) session; after this date, a late registration fee will be assessed. Minimum Required Payment due (unpaid fees from previous session(s) plus 100% of current Winter session tuition fee charges)

Final date to upload doctoral theses to SGS to avoid fee charges for Winter session.

Final day to submit appropriate documentation to the Office of the Registrar and Student Services for Master's degrees to be conferred in absentia in March.

Deadline for electronic submission of final doctoral thesis for students who wish to participate in June Convocation.

Last day to submit Individual Reading and Research Course approval forms for the first-term of the Summer Session. Forms are to be submitted to the Registration Team at the Office of the Registrar and Student Services.

Final deadline for departmental approval of Winter Session and full-year grades uploaded by instructors for students participating in June Convocation. This includes year-two MT and MACSE students.
