Recently, more than 100 OISE faculty, students and alumni gathered in New York City with the largest, most diverse group of educational researchers in the world for the American Educational Research Association (AERA) conference.
“With over 14,000 attendees annually, AERA provides a unique opportunity to participate in an international community of scholars, not only as individual researchers but as an OISE community of faculty, students, staff, and alumni,” said OISE’s Michele Peterson-Badali, Associate Dean, Research, International & Innovation.
Highlights from the conference included panels and plenaries, reunions with OISE alumni, a breakfast attended by International Network of Education Institutes (INEI) Deans, and an OISE reception attended by 90 community members and invited guests.
