Educating for Peace and Justice Conference

Educating for Peace and Justice is a one-day conference to share, learn and acquire strategies and best practices related to building safe and equitable classrooms, schools and communities. It is designed to provide hands-on learning activities and discussions on issues such as anti-violence, conflict resolution, peacemaking, social justice activism, and equity infusion.

Registration is free and participants can receive a certicate documenting their professional development experience.



8:30-9 am -  Registration
9:00-10:15 am - Opening Plenary
10:15-11:45 am – Concurrent Workshops- 1st session
12:45-2:15 pm – Concurrent Workshops  2nd session
2:30-4 pm – Concurrent Workshops  3rd session
10:15 am-4 pm -  Resource fair in library
