The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted frontline healthcare workers (e.g., registered nurses, registered practical nurses, nurse practitioners, nursing assistants, personal support workers) across Canada who face working conditions that may affect their well-being and work effectiveness.

Goals of this Study

To understand what may impact the well-being and work effectiveness of frontline healthcare workers.
To understand the coping strategies employed by frontline healthcare workers.
To understand the supports that frontline healthcare workers may access and associated barriers.

To promote and advocate for healthy, safe, and equitable work environments.
