Introducing Identify, Assist, Refer Online Training!
The Organizational Development & Learning Centre is pleased to announce the development of Identify, Assist, Refer Online Training by the Health & Wellness Centre. Learn how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health challenge. Take the 20-minute training today.
This training is meant to help you become a better helper. Learn how to recognize when someone is experiencing a mental health challenge, engage in a helping conversation, and encourage help-seeking by making more effective referrals. We hope that the skills you will develop will benefit you in your role on campus. The online training takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once complete you will have the option of obtaining a certificate of completion.
