Enda Soostar

Enda is in the Flex Phd SJE program. Her research focus is on college faculty and their ability to navigate teaching spaces within a neo-liberal political agenda, from an insider perspective. She is exploring how organizational power systems in post-secondary education impact faculty behaviours and responses in the academic workplace. She comes to this work as a full-time professor at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.
