Biography
Henry is a doctoral candidate whose current work focuses on institutional governance and advocacy dynamics. Specifically, he is examining how student governments influenced university policy responses during COVID-19. This research follows his master’s thesis, a mixed-methods study that analyzed the relationship between dietary diversity, campus food environments, and academic outcomes among African international students at the University of Toronto.
