Biography
Ifat is a fourth-year EdD student whose research focuses on educational leadership and well-being. Her qualitative study explores how secondary school leaders in the Greater Toronto Area understand, implement, and center Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in their everyday leadership practices. This work seeks to illuminate how SEL is embedded within leadership decision-making and school culture.
