Biography
JulieMae is a registered nurse and MA student examining how nurses navigate and respond to organizational factors that shape moral distress. She is interested in how individual approaches to moral resilience relate to opportunities for collective and organizational action by nurses. Through nurses’ stories, she explores how individual, collective, and institutional approaches to moral resilience appear in the experiences of nurses.
