Biography
Margaret researches college affordability, financial aid policy, and the experiences of working learners in the United States and Canada. She is a PhD student in Higher Education at OISE, a Vanier Scholar, and Fulbright Scholar at Stanford University and UC Berkeley, where she studies how financial aid systems shape student access and success. She also serves as a Junior Fellow and Don of Hall at Massey College.
