Biography
Maryam is a doctoral researcher in Educational Leadership and Policy whose work investigates how institutional leaders in Centres for Teaching and Learning (CTLs) navigate the integration of generative AI into teaching and learning . Her study examines policy, pedagogical decision-making, and organizational governance and ethics through qualitative methods including document analysis and semi-structured interviews.
