Biography
Michael is a PhD student in Higher Education whose research interests are grounded in student leadership and development. His research aims to focus on how institutional policies, governance, and support structures shape leadership development, engagement, and wellbeing among student leaders—particularly residence dons and student-athletes—in Canadian higher education. Using qualitative methods, his work bridges theory and lived experience to inform policy, practice, and student support systems.
