Biography

Randeep is a PhD Candidate in the Collaborative Specialization in Workplace Learning and Social Change in the Department of Social Justice Education (flex-time program). Using a critical approach in her qualitative research, she examines how power relations shape learning and training within Canadian post-secondary institutions, with particular attention to racialized employees. She is also interested in how power operates in broader labour and organizational contexts through policy and practices. Alongside her doctoral research, Randeep works at a mid-sized research-intensive university, where she provides strategic advice on expanding adult and continuing education offerings that incorporate inter-institutional, public sector, and community partnerships.
