Biography
Rhonda is a Ph.D. candidate in Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto, specializing in Comparative, International, and Development Education. Her dissertation, supervised by transnational feminism scholar Professor Miglena Todorova, examines how institutional frameworks shape the promotion of women in Jamaican higher education.
