Biography

Sadia is a second-year PhD student in Social Justice Education. Her work is situated within Critical University Studies, exploring the underrepresentation of racialized women higher education's in senior administrative roles. She investigates how gender and marketization of the Canadian academy and neoliberal governance shape leadership pathways and institutional gatekeeping.
