Biography

Sara Zoghbi is a PhD student in Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto. Her research explores the plurality of Francophone identities in Ontario, focusing on how historical legacies, migration trajectories, and language policies shape the everyday realities of Francophone communities. She examines linguistic citizenship through people’s lived experiences with French-language services, inclusion, and belonging, aiming to offer a more nuanced understanding of the Ontario Francophonie.
