Yayun (Kathy) Fan is a first-year PhD student exploring Pierre Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory within diverse educational contexts. She intends to employ mixed-methods research to investigate these dynamics across various communities. She is eager to engage with new ideas and collaborate on opportunities within relevant research fields.
