Biography
Dr Zheng Ma is a fifth-year PhD candidate discussing epistemic racism and justice through a transnational narrative inquiry into Chinese Muslim Indigenous intellectual tradition. Her dissertation examines educational leadership that can transcend political restraints and systemic barriers to create incremental change. Before migrating to Canada, Zheng obtained a PhD in Comparative Literature and held a professorship for a decade in the Chinese academy.
