The Caribbean Literacy Project explores language and literacy development in the Caribbean, highlighting the role and impact of classrooms, home literacy environments, and communities in supporting children’s reading and writing. By centring the Caribbean— a region with a unique linguistic landscape, the project seeks to provide insight into contextually and linguistically responsive ways of supporting literacy development.
